The location, only a 15 minute walk from the beach and the town for great bars and restaurants. We were upgraded because our room wasn't ready at check in, so we had a larger room with a partial sea view, which was nice. The free parking in a secure garage. The varied buffet breakfast. The friendly check in young man.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a warm and welcoming stay. The newly rebuilt rooms were modern, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. The hotel's serene atmosphere made for a peaceful and quiet experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay in "cityhotel"! All amenities close. Very good restaurants in the old town an Arrantzaleak only 100m from the hotel. Also hotel has food available, which was tasty. Bar open etc.

Breakfast was great, staff were also lovely and friendly, room and bathroom very clean. Communal spaces lovely and spotless . Would return!

Great stop over. The hotel is a short walk into the centre. We were lucky to see the Christmas lights turn on! We have used this hotel a few times & always been good.
